Isla Verde offers one of Puerto Rico's best beaches, great restaurants, nightlife, shopping and easy access to the rest of Coastal San Juan. And of course, we welcome you at the shop for a rental or a high-five.
La Playa:
Playa Isla Verde (Hobie Beach) is one of the best urban beaches in Puerto Rico. White sand. Blue water. Palms swaying in the breeze. Can you feel it?
PRO TIP: Go see Mike at Relax PR - He'll get you set up with chairs, umbrellas and likely some dad-jokes (no extra charge).

Open daily from 9am-5pm, it's one of our favorite stops in Isla Verde when it's time to bring a little piece of Puerto Rico home.
En La Mañana Cafe...
They say the early bird gets the worm but don't worry... They save coffee for the rest of us! Get your day started at Panadería Las Canarias. They serve coffee that will get you buzzing, delicious Quesitos (try the guava!) and Cubano Sandwiches (add allll the extras) that are big enough to share! They've got tons of other goodies but this order slaps every time so we don't stray.

Isla Verde has dive bars, sports bars, cocktail bars and rooftop bars. Our favorite not-so-hidden-secret is the swanky bar at The El San Juan Hotel. A truly old school hotel that opened in the mid 50s and has hosted a slew of impressive performers including Frank Sinatra.
Think dim lighting, dark wood, cold martinis and dancing.
Most nights you'll also find live music filling the lobby - often salsa, sometimes jazz, always amazing. Whether you're there for one drink or closing out the evening on the dance floor, it's one of those places that reminds you why
classics never go out of style.
